Euroraum: Konjunktur trotz Schuldenkrise aufwärtsgerichtet

Abstract

Die Konjunktur im Euroraum ist im Sommerhalbjahr aufwärtsgerichtet und war bisher von den Folgen der Schuldenkrise nur geringfügig betroffen. Zu einer rapiden Verschlechterung der Finanzierungsbedingungen im Zuge der Finanzmarktturbulenzen scheint es nicht gekommen zu sein. Im übrigen Euroraum ist die Dynamik allerdings deutlich geringer als in Deutschland. Das Abflachen der Weltkonjunktur, negative Impulse der Finanzpolitik sowie das Auslaufen des Lagerzyklus wirken sich im Prognosezeitraum belastend aus, so dass das Bruttoinlandsprodukt nach 1,6 Prozent im laufenden Jahr nur mit 1,2 Prozent im kommenden Jahr expandieren dürfte.
