Abstract

Dieser Forschungsbericht beschreibt die Nutzung von Social Media Plattformen (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, XING, YouTube) durch kleine und mittelgroße Unternehmen (KMU) in der Schweiz. Dazu wurden Zahlen zu eigenen Profilen (Social Media Adoption) und genererierten Reichweiten (Follower-Zahlen) aus einem repräsentativen Sample an KMU (N=976) in der Schweiz erhoben und ausgewertet.
