Abstract

"Over the last decade working time accounts increasingly gained importance. Establishments are using this flexibility instrument manifold and there is only a core part of firms that use it continuously over a longer period. However long-term working time accounts - as a special form of working time accounts - play only a marginal role with no significant growth in recent years." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
