Innovation sociale et formation du prix juste au sein d’une filière courte alimentaire. Le cas de la SCIC Alter-Conso

Abstract

Cette communication cherche à analyser le rôle de dispositifs organisationnels innovants dans la construction d'un prix juste au sein d'une filière courte alimentaire. Elle s'appuie sur les premiers résultats d'une étude de cas réalisée auprès de la Société Coopérative d'Intérêt Collectif Alter-Conso. Les premiers résultats suggèrent une définition du prix juste comme résultat d'un processus de délibération entre salariés, producteurs et consommateurs qui articule les contraintes de l'environnement marchand à une exigence d'utilité sociale et de solidarité. Le prix juste peut alors être appréhendé comme un construit social qui dépend de l'ancrage socio-historique des marchés concrets dans lesquels les acteurs sont engagés, et dans le cas présenté ici, d'une « culture » alternative du marché et de l'entreprise. Dans ce contexte, l'innovation sociale se traduit par des dispositifs organisationnels permettant de traduire la conception du juste portée par l'organisation dans les dispositifs de fixation des prix.
