Les communautés des logiciels libres: une nouvelle structure d'innovation

Abstract

La créativité, les compétences et la présence des réseaux sociaux sont considérés comme les principaux facteurs de l'émergence d'une innovation. La pérennité d'une politique d'innovation dépend donc de la mise en place d'un système destiné à favoriser la créativité, la capacité de saisir et de développer des compétences et et de la présence d'une structure sociale qui assure et gère les interactivités entre les acteurs de l'innovation. Nous tenterons, dans ce papier, à travers une analyse des caractéristiques fonctionelles des communautés des logiciels libres de montrer qu'elles peuvent être considérées comme une structure innovante.
