Abstract

A une époque où le BtoC se développe bien, il paraît nécessaire de se préoccuper de la problématique que représentent les livraisons des internautes (à domicile ou sur des points de retrait). Rien de très aisé en fait, surtout quand les villes connaissent une congestion de leur trafic et de nombreuses nuisances, déjà dues aux livraisons des commerces de proximité, et qu'elles souhaitent vraiment y remédier… C'est pour cela que nous avons souhaité nous focaliser sur les pistes de collaborations logistiques en ce qui concerne la livraison urbaine des ménages et, en particulier, sur le concept de consigne automatique, une véritable innovation technologique. Face aux difficultés rencontrées par les grandes agglomérations en matière de logistique urbaine, nous sommes en effet intimement persuadés que des formes de coopérations entre acteurs, au premier rang desquels se trouvent les opérateurs logistiques, peuvent permettre de surmonter l'obstacle des derniers kilomètres. C'est l'objectif majeur de ce papier qui se veut, avant tout, l'étude d'un cas : celui de deux commandes en ligne acheminées par Cityssimo, le système de consigne automatique développé par La Poste. Nous y verrons que l'information constitue un facteur clé de mutualisation des flux, certes nécessaire mais, a priori, non suffisant...
