Abstract

Le commerce électronique connaît désormais un véritable essor dont les impacts logistiques ne peuvent laisser indifférents. Le bouleversement est en effet de taille, puisqu'il s'agit, en BtoC, de livrer l'internaute chez lui ou bien de lui permettre de retirer les produits, qu'il a achetés en ligne, sur des points de retrait. Rien de très aisé en fait, surtout quand les villes connaissent déjà une congestion de leur trafic, due aux livraisons des commerces de proximité et aux déplacements des ménages. Le développement du e-commerce complexifie, par conséquent, sérieusement la logistique… C'est la raison de notre communication, une communication qui est essentiellement centrée sur la problématique de la distribution urbaine et qui prend appui sur nos travaux de recherche, des travaux consacrés aux différentes manières de surmonter les obstacles inhérents à la livraison des colis aux particuliers. Face aux difficultés rencontrées dans les villes, nous sommes aujourd'hui de plus en plus persuadés que des formes de coopérations entre acteurs, au premier rang desquelles se trouve la mutualisation logistique, peuvent permettre de surmonter l'obstacle du tout dernier kilomètre. L'objectif de notre papier consiste, ainsi, à nous intéresser précisément à trois scenarii de distribution urbaine, et à démontrer que la mutualisation des flux physiques conjuguée à l'amélioration de la qualité de l'information contribuent avantageusement à l'élévation du niveau de performance logistique, tant sur le plan écologique que sur le plan économique.
