Creación y destrucción de empleo: una panorámica con nuevos resultados para España

Abstract

En este trabajo se ofrece una panorámica sobre los resultados relativos a los flujos brutos de creación y destrucción de puestos de trabajo en la economía española, desde la perspectiva de la OCDE. Asimismo, se analiza la relación existente entre el dinamismo en el mercado de trabajo y varias dimensiones del mismo (tasa de paro, duración, productividad, etc.). Finalmente, se ofrece nueva evidencia sobre el comportamiento de la tasa de recolocacion según el tamaño de la empresa, tratando de evaluar el mito de que son las empresas pequeñas los principales motores en la creación neta de empleo.
