Factores que influyen en la creación de empleo para los asistentes a cursos de formación para el empleo en Andalucía

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido identificar las variables individuales y ecológicas que influyen en la obtención de un trabajo debido a la realización de un curso de Formación para el Empleo (FPE) mediante un modelo logístico multinivel. La variable dependiente ha sido la obtención de empleo como consecuencia de la realización de un curso de FPE. Como variables independientes individuales se consideran el sexo, edad, nacionalidad de los alumnos y la formación previa que posee el alumno (Nivel 1). Las variables ecológicas utilizadas han sido las diferentes clasificaciones que la normativa hace de los cursos de FPE: Familias Profesionales, Especialidades Formativas y Programas Formativos (Nivel 2). La estrategia de modelización se compone de seis modelos secuenciales partiendo de un modelo básico al que se le han incorporado las variables explicativas individuales y ecológicas. Los datos han sido obtenidos de los ficheros del Sistema de Gestión de de la Formación Ocupacional para un conjunto de cursos impartidos y finalizados durante el ejercicio económico 2007 en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía. Una vez tenidas en consideración las características individuales para el sujeto de referencia, la probabilidad de conseguir un trabajo por la realización de un curso de formación para el empleo es de un 13.80%. Esta probabilidad disminuye en un 46% para los desempleados entre 45 y 65 años y aumenta en un para aquellos alumnos sin estudios se ha observado significatividad estadística. En cuanto a las variables ecológicas utilizadas en el estudio, han manifestado significatividad estadística la Familia Profesional de Industria pesada y construcciones metálicas y la Familia Profesional de Mantenimiento y reparación así como el Programa de FPE dirigida a jóvenes desempleados.
