Werkzeugkasten Wissenstransfer: Entwicklung einer praktischen Handlungshilfe für Betriebs- und Personalräte

Abstract

Was passiert mit dem Wissen von Betriebs- und Personalratsmitgliedern, die in den Ruhestand gehen? Während die Frage nach einem Wissenstransfer zwischen ausscheidenden Älteren und nachrückenden Jüngeren in den Arbeitsorganisationen schon in einem unterschiedlichen Maße untersucht wurde, stellt sich das für die betrieblichen Interessenvertretungen noch etwas anders dar. Hier anzusetzen und sowohl theoretische als auch praktische Lösungen zu erarbeiten, war sowohl im Hinblick auf die Qualität der Mitbestimmung in Deutschland als auch für den Umgang mit dem demografischen Wandel und dem Miteinander der Generationen im betrieblichen Kontext bedeutsam. Der hier vorliegende zweite Band zu der von der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung geförderten Studie "Wissenstransfer von ausscheidenden Interessenvertretungsmitgliedern" beschreibt die Entwicklung und Erprobung eines Werkzeugkastens für einen selbstorganisierten Wissensaustausch in und zwischen Betriebs- und Personalräten und soll damit vor allem die Praktiker/innen als Zielgruppe ansprechen. (Auch in dieser Edition: Band 1, "Einflussgrößen auf den Wissenstransfer in der betrieblichen Interessenvertretung - Eine empirische Untersuchung").
