Abstract

Bislang werden die Aufgaben der Arbeitsmarktpolitik nur selten mit Fragen der ökologischen Nachhaltigkeit verbunden. Vor diesem Hintergrund geben das Österreichische Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung (WIFO) und das Institut analyse, beratung, interdisziplinäre forschung (abif) einen Überblick über Initiativen zur ökosozialen Transformation und arbeiten künftige Beschäftigungspotenziale und Qualifikationsanforderungen heraus. Das Forschungsdesign zeichnet sich durch einen methodentriangulativen Ansatz aus und umfasst Expert:inneninterviews und eine umfassende Literatur- und Datenrecherche (Eurostat, Statistik Austria). Der Fokus liegt auf der Good-Practice-Analyse von Maßnahmen europäischer Public Employment Services zur Unterstützung der Beschäftigung von niedrigqualifizierten, arbeitssuchenden Personen im Bereich der Ökojobs.
