Abstract

Con gran beneplácito se presenta a la comunidad académica y profesional el segundo número del Anuario Iberoamericano de Derecho de la Energía, el cual forma parte de la "Colección de Anuarios de Derecho Público Iberoamericano", que dirige el Profesor Jaime Rodríguez-Arana Muñoz desde la Universidad de la Coruña, España, en su calidad de presidente de Ius Publicum Innovatio y que en esta oportunidad es el libro conmemorativo de los veinte años de existencia del Departamento de Derecho Minero-Energético de la Universidad Externado de Colombia. Esta obra de investigación, integral. y ambiciosa, dirigida por el profesor Luis Ferney Moreno y coordinada por el profesor Carlos Villanueva, se presenta en el marco del Segundo Congreso Anual de la Asociación Iberoamericana de Derecho de la Energía (ASIDE) y de las XV Jornadas Internacionales de Derecho Minero Energético, celebradas, se reitera, con motivo de los veinte años de fundación del Departamento de Derecho Minero Energético de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, centro académico líder en el estudio del sector minero-energético en América Latina.
