Abstract

Tiefgreifende technologische, geoökonomische und geopolitische Herausforderungen prägen die rezente Entwicklung der europäischen Industriepolitik. Nach einer langen und wechselvollen Geschichte setzt sich zunehmend ein integrierter Ansatz durch, der "horizontale" Maßnahmen der Standortpolitik mit "vertikalen" strategischen Schwerpunkten verbindet. Eine wesentliche Herausforderung für die EU-Mitgliedsländer besteht darin, sich innerhalb der neuen europäischen Schwerpunkte und Netzwerke vorteilhaft zu positionieren.
