Choix de localisation des ménages et des entreprises en milieu urbain : les effets hétérogènes de l’accessibilité

Abstract

Les choix de localisation des ménages et des entreprises dans les aires urbaines et métropolitaines sont régis par divers mécanismes d’arbitrage entre accessibilité et prix de l’immobilier. Si l'importance des différentes formes d’accessibilité pour un choix de localisation a bien été démontrée, la littérature n'indique pas clairement comment le comportement des différentes catégories de ménages et de firmes peut évoluer dans le temps. En s’appuyant sur une synthèse de travaux centrés sur l’aire urbaine de Lyon, entre 1999 et 2013, l’objectif de cet article est de mettre l’accent sur les hétérogénéités des effets de l’accessibilité sur les choix de localisation de différents profils de ménages et d’entreprises.
