Abstract

[eng] establish a synthetical approach adapted to the NIC's position in the international division of labour. Moreover an analysis of the specific characteristics of international investments and a study of its impact on host countries' comparative advantages is mode. Furthermore the « hierarchization of comparative advantages » and the « appropriated technologies » concepts are applied to the direct capital flows relations between the NIC s, MDCs and LDCs... From an empirical point of view, after a review of recent trends in international investment concerning the two-tways and intra-industry capital movements, we study the evolution of the NIC's position in international trade and investments, considering these countries as host and home country. Then we study the growing influence of NICs in thé relationship between thé developing countries and a parallel will be drawn between this coopération and the dynamic of NIC's comparative advantages.. Theoretical and empirical approaches are linked in part of the paper where we distinguish : The recent trends of the international investments ; NIC's comparative advantages and international investments ; a synthetical approach of inter national investments : an application to NICs. [fre] Investissements internationaux et dynamique. Des avantages comparatifs des nouveaux pays industrialises. Jean-Louis Mucchielli.
