Abstract

A cikk az oktatás privatizációjának lehetséges elméleti megközelítéseiből és a ma gyar jogi szabályozásból kiindulva arra keresi a választ, hogy milyen elvi lehetőségei vannak a felsőoktatási intézmények privatizálásának Magyarországon. Összegyűjti a jelenlegi helyzethez vezető legfontosabb tényezőket, kitér az elmélet és a közélet által eddig felvetett lehetőségekre, majd röviden összegzi a felmerült lehetőségek megvalósíthatóságát anélkül, hogy egy jövőbeli átalakulás konkrét forgatókönyvét megadná. Az elemzés elsősorban a működtetés és gazdálkodás kérdéseire összpontosít. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: I21, L33
