Abstract

A felsõfokú képzettségû szakemberállomány a kilencvenes években A kilencvenes években jelentõsen nõtt az európai országokban a felsõfokú képzettségû szakemberek száma és aránya. A növekedés mértéke és az aktív keresõknek a gazdaságilag aktív népességhez viszonyított aránya országonként eltérõen alakult, összefüggésben a felsõoktatás expanziójával és diverzifikáltságának szintjével. A felsõfokú képzettségûek körében a munkanélküliek aránya továbbra is jóval kisebb mérvû, mint az alacsonyabb iskolai végzettségûek esetében. A felsõfokú képzettségûek képzési szintek és szakmai csoportok, valamint a foglalkoztatottak gazdasági ágak szerinti megoszlásával kapcsolatban - a statisztikai adatbázis hiányai és problémái miatt - csak néhány általános jellegû megállapítás tehetõ.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: I2, J2.
