Abstract

A szerző a magyar feldolgozóipar példáján vizsgálja a modern technika alkalmazásának foka és a kreatívabb munka közötti összefüggést. A technológiát, illetve annak fejlettségét a kutatás-fejlesztés szintjével, míg a hozzájuk tartozó munkákat a foglalkozási szerkezettel, a végzettség szerinti megoszlással és a diplomások arányával jellemzi. Az eredmények igazolják azt a feltevést, hogy van kapcsolat a technikai fejlettség és a munkaerő minősége között: 1. azokban az ágazatokban, ahol az átlagosnál intenzívebb volt a kutatás és fejlesztés, magasabb volt a legkreatívabbnak tartott felső- és középfokú szakértői foglalkozásúak aránya; 2. azokban az ágazatokban, ahol a kutatás-fejlesztés az átlagosnál több vállalatot jellemzett, ott az iskolaévben kifejezett végzettség is magasabb volt; 3. a high-tech ágazatokhoz tartozó vállalatok körében a többinél szorosabb a kapcsolat a diplomások részaránya és a kutatásfejlesztés megléte között.
