Munkák és munkásaik. Kreatív irányú eltolódások a magyar munkapiacon

Abstract

A magyar munkaerőpiac minőségi változásait vizsgálja a cikk az 1980 és 1996 közötti időszakban. Megállapítja, hogy a kereslet eltolódását kifejező foglalkozási és a kínálati oldalt reprezentáló végzettségi szerkezet változására egyaránt az volt jellemző, hogy előtérbe kerültek a kreativitás szempontjából kedvezőbb foglalkozások, illetve végzettségi szintek. Mindazonáltal a foglalkozási és a végzettségi struktúra néhány európai fejlett országéhoz képest a vizsgált jellemző szempontjából még lemarad, s vannak olyan tényezők, amelyek a hátrány gyors behozását gátolják.
