A vállalkozó egyetem fogalmi tere. Elméleti keretek és gyakorlati kérdések
[The conceptual space of an entrepreneurial university. Theoretical constructs and practical issues]

Abstract

A tanulmány először bemutatja a vállalkozó egyetem körüli fogalmi teret, kiemelve a szakirodalomból három ideáltípust: a szervezet-, az ökoszisztéma- és az emberközpontú megközelítéseket. Ezek a vállalkozó egyetem más-más szempontjaira helyezik a hangsúlyt. Míg a szervezetközpontú megközelítés az egyetem mint szervezet vállalkozói jellemzőire, valamint az egyetemi kutatás-fejlesztés értékesítésére koncentrál, addig az ökoszisztéma-központú megközelítés rámutat, hogy az ilyen egyetemek meghatározott helyi/regionális feltételek közepette jöhetnek létre és működhetnek. Az emberközpontú megközelítés arra hívja fel a figyelmet, hogy a vállalkozói attitűdök és magatartásformák nem önmaguktól jönnek létre, hanem olyan értékteremtő projekteken keresztül, amelyekben külső gyakorló szakemberek, kutatók és hallgatók közösen vesznek részt. A tanulmány második része konkrét gyakorlati kérdéseket vet fel annak kapcsán, hogy miként képzelhető el egy olyan szervezeti átalakulás, amely során egy "hagyományos" felsőoktatási intézmény vállalkozó egyetemmé válik. Ez részben érinti a szervezetikultúra-váltással, a különböző tudományterületek vállalkozói potenciáljával, az egyetemi dolgozók vállalkozói hajlandóságával, a hasznosítással, valamint a hallgatói elköteleződéssel kapcsolatos kérdéseket.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: D73, O32, O35.
