A napelemes rendszerek szerepe a részvételen alapuló energiaátmenetben. Szisztematikus elméleti áttekintés a PRISMA módszerrel

Abstract

Az energiaátmenet korunk egyik legjelentősebb gazdasági és technológiai programja, amely társadalmi szempontból komoly kihívásokat jelent. A modern megújuló energiaforrások növekvő használata, a háztartási méretű kiserőművek megjelenése a nagy energiarendszerek decentralizációját eredményezi. A korábban passzív fogyasztók aktív energiapolgárokká válva valósítják meg a részvételen alapuló energiaátmenetet. E tanulmány ennek folyamatát vizsgálja az energiademokrácia, energiaigazságosság, energiapolgárság szempontjából a PRISMA módszer segítségével. Szisztematikus irodalomfeldolgozás alapján mutatja be a napelemes rendszerek előnyeit, hátrányait, a háztartási és ipari méretű projektekben rejlő lehetőségeket és veszélyeket. Kijelenthető, hogy komoly különbség tapasztalható a Globális Dél és a Globális Észak között. A részvételen alapuló energiaátmenet megvalósításában az autoriter rendszerekkel szemben egyértelműen sikeresebbek a demokratikus berendezkedésű országok, ahol a jó kormányzás kkiemelt szerepet kap, illetve alacsonyabbak a társadalmi egyenlőtlenségek.
