Merev vagy rugalmas nyugdíjkorhatár? Áttekintés
[Rigid versus flexible retiring age: a survey]

Abstract

Az öregedő társadalmak nyugdíjgondjainak megoldásában az egyik leghatékonyabb eszköz az átlagos nyugdíjba vonulási kor (az úgynevezett korcentrum) emelése. A járulékkulcs emelése vagy a nyugdíj/kereset arány csökkentése politikailag nehezebb, és gazdaságilag sem vonzó. Ehhez a minimális és az általános nyugdíjkorhatár párhuzamos emelésén kívül erősíteni kell az ösztönzőket is, például a rugalmas nyugdíjba vonulási kor bevezetésével. Ebben az áttekintésben a témában több társszerzővel együtt folytatott, 17 éven át tartó kutatásaim legfontosabb eredményeit körvonalazom, amelyekből a két legizgalmasabbat emelem ki: 1. hogyan kell az eszmei számlát módosítani, ha a népesség várható élettartama szerint heterogén? 2. Hogyan teszi bumeránggá a reálbérrobbanás a Nők40-et?* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: H55.
