Csoportalapú érzelmek a gazdaságban

Abstract

A főáramú közgazdaságtan individualista emberképét sokszor gazdagították vagy kérdőjelezték meg pszichológiai kutatások. A szerző először bemutatja a csoportalapú érzelmek pszichológiai elméletét, amely azt kutatja, hogy miért éreznek az emberek érzelmeket csoporttársaik tettei vagy pusztán csoporttagságuk miatt. Majd azt vizsgálja, hogy ez az elmélet miként bővítheti a gazdaságtudományokat, a döntéselméletet és az üzleti etikát. Az elmélet inspirálta kutatások új oldalról világítanak rá a főáramú közgazdaságtan individualista emberképének korlátaira. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: A12, A13.
