Analyse de l’effet de la structure de financement sur la création de la valeur partenariale dans les PME camerounaises du secteur de commerce et de distribution

Abstract

L'objectif de cette étude est d'évaluer l'effet des différents modes de financement sur la création de valeur pour les parties prenantes de la PME camerounaise. Notre étude est axée sur les acteurs du secteur du commerce et de la distribution. Pour mener ce travail, nous avons adopté une posture positiviste, une approche hypothético-déductive. Pour ce faire, nous avons collecté des données auprès de 227 PME. Ils ont été soumis à différents tests statistiques (test du Khi-deux, régression logistique binaire). Au terme de nos analyses, il apparaît que: l’endettement bancaire, l’émission de nouvelles actions exercent chacun une influence significative et négative sur la création de la valeur parténariale contrairement à l’autofinancement qui influence significativement plus la même valeur de manière positive que négative.
