Abstract

Il contributo discute quali siano le possibili vie d?uscita dalla crisi, ormai decennale, che le organizzazioni sindacali dei Paesi occidentali stanno attraversando. A partire da una discussione sulle diverse "risorse di potere" su cui si fonda la capacit? di influenza del sindacato, esamineremo quelle strategie che si basano sul rafforzamento dei sostegni istituzionali all?azione sindacale e sul riconoscimento di soggetti esterni, discutendone limiti ed elementi problematici. Sosterremo, poi, che la ricostruzione delle basi autonome di potere sindacale, attraverso l?organizzazione di settori non organizzati della forza lavoro e la costruzione di coalizioni con altri soggetti sociali, sia la sola possibilit? di superare questa fase di difficolt?.
