Razvoj tržišta i instrumenata javnog duga u Hrvatskoj

Abstract

Primarno i sekundarno tržište domacega javnog duga Republike Hrvatske te korišteni instrumenti duga pokazuju se nedovoljno razvijenima. Njihov razvoj imao bi pozitivne ucinke kako na državne financije, tako i na ukupan razvoj tržišta kapitala, odnosno gospodarstva u cjelini. U radu su dane neke smjernice za aktivne državne mjere i na primarnom i na sekundarnom trištu javnog duga, kao i u vezi s odlukama o izboru instrumenata javnog duga. Rezultati ankete prezentirane u radu indiciraju najvanije probleme cije bi rješavanje za domace tržište javnog duga Republike Hrvatske trebalo znaciti znatan napredak
