Union duopoly with homogeneous labor: The effect of membership and employment constraints

Abstract

This paper analyzes a unionized duopoly with homogeneous labor, focusing on the effects of union membership and employment constraints on wage and output decisions. It uses a theoretical model to explore equilibrium outcomes and policy implications.
