Exploring the mediating role of school image in the nexus between service quality, innovation management, and student retention

Abstract

This study investigates how school image mediates the relationship between service quality, innovation management, and student retention. Using structural equation modeling, the paper finds that a positive school image enhances the impact of service and innovation on retention.
