Colombia en la década de los noventa: neoliberalismo y reformas estructurales en el trópico

Abstract

Mostrando la evolución de las variables y de los grandes hechos económicos se argumenta en este artículo que, antes de poder responsabilizar de los problemas a una presunta vigencia de un modelo neo-liberal en Colombia, que en realidad no se ha podido establecer, son algunas políticas económicas equivocadas y los fénomenos especulativos, internos o externos, lo que condujeron a la crisi económica.
