Abstract

Rigmar Osterkamp, ehem. ifo Institut, behandelt hier fünf Fragen, die zwischen Befürwortern und Gegnern eines bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens (BGE) besonders strittig sind: Ist ein BGE finanzierbar; wie wirkt es auf die von den Menschen gewünschte Arbeitszeit; kann es als fair betrachtet werden; ist es wegen einer etwa drohenden technologischen Arbeitslosigkeit notwendig; und schließlich, wäre ein BGE gesellschaftlich nützlich?
