Interindustrielle Lohndifferenzierung in Zentraleuropa

Abstract

Die sektorale Lohndifferenzierung im verarbeitenden Gewerbe hat in den berücksichtigten zentraleuropäischen Ländern in den letzten zehn Jahren zugenommen. Die in den betrachteten EU-Beitrittsländern geschaffenen Arbeitsplätze fallen in erster Linie in die Kategorie arbeitsintensive Branchen mit unterdurchschnittlicher Bezahlung. Starke Lohninterdependenzen zwischen den Industriezweigen führen in allen Ländern dazu, daß die Differenzierung im Lohnanstieg zwischen den Industriezweigen geringer ausfällt als im Produktivitätsanstieg.
