Abstract

The modern conditions in which organizations operate are characterized by high speed and dynamics of changes, uncertainty and the inability to predict emerging problems, events, situations, the complexity of interrelationships and ambiguity in relation to the emergence of new problems, situations and knowledge. This requires companies to adapt to changes in the environment in a short time, trading new and innovative approaches, not only in terms of the production process, but also in the human resource management process. The choice of the authors of the article is in the context of considering dynamic conditions that appear in unforeseen circumstances and in connection with improving the presentation of some of the organization's capabilities to create and use innovative approaches to human resource management, as well as to obtain quick solutions, contact them for organization-specific situations.
