Die Preissetzung in Unternehmenskooperationen: Erste spieltheoretische Überlegungen

Abstract

In der heutigen Zeit spielen Unternehmenskooperationen eine immer wichtigere Rolle für die Wertschöpfung von Unternehmen. Für das Führen und Koordinieren einer Unternehmenskooperation können eine Reihe von Managementtechniken verwendet werden. Diese Arbeit konzentriert sich dabei auf die sogenannten kooperativen Verrechnungspreise. In einem einfachen Modell mit zwei aufeinander folgenden Unternehmen (Supply Chain) wird untersucht, wie die kooperativen Verrechnungspreise ausgestaltet werden müssen, um koordinierend wirken zu können. Eine Unternehmenskooperation gilt als koordiniert, sofern ähnliche Entscheidungen bezüglich der Zwischenproduktmenge getroffen werden, wie im Falle eines vertikal integrierten Unternehmens. Dagegen werden in einer unkoordinierten Supply Chain aufgrund des Problems der doppelten Gewinnmarginalisierung ineffiziente Entscheidungen bezüglich der Zwischenproduktmenge getroffen. Darüber hinaus wird in dieser Arbeit auch darauf eingegangen, welche Schwierigkeiten mit der Ausgestaltung der kooperativen Verrechnungspreise verbunden sind.
