Abstract

[Fazit] Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt, dass die oft pauschal vorgenommenen negativen oder positiven Beurteilungen der Globalisierung differenziert werden müssen. Es stellt sich heraus, dass die Identifizierung von Gewinnern und Verlierern in einem Industrieland - Deutschland ist sicherlich exemplarisch für die Mehrheit der übrigen Industrieländer - mit Hilfe eines interessengruppenorientierten Ansatzes erfolgreich vorgenommen werden kann. Die Frage, welchen wirtschaftspolitischen Handlungsbedarf die Konsequenzen der Internationalisierung auf die einzelnen sozio-ökonomischen Gruppen und ihre Interessenverbände erzeugen, muss einer späteren Analyse vorbehalten bleiben.
