Autokauf der Zukunft: Eine Darstellung und Analyse des gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Kaufentscheidungsprozesses von Automobilen unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Trends in der Automobilindustrie

Abstract

Nach zehn Jahren des Wachstums, einer fortschreitenden Internationalisie-rung, wie auch der Steigerung der Umsatz- und Beschäftigungszahlen, steht die Automobilbranche vor allem in Deutschland vor einem tiefgreifenden Transformationsprozess. Die zunehmende Veränderung des Antriebsstrangs von Automobilen hin zur Elektrifizierung, die Einführung autonomer Fahr-funktionen, das Aufkommen eines neuen Mobilitätsverständnisses oder auch die verstärkte Integration digitaler Anwendungen (Apps) in das Au-tomobil, werden die weltweiten Wertschöpfungsnetzwerke von Zulieferern, Herstellern, sowie Händlern und dessen Endkunden fundamental verändern. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie ist es zu untersuchen, wie die gegenwärtigen Trends in der Automobilindustrie zukünftig das Kundenverhalten beim Kauf von Automobilen verändern und welche Anforderungen sich daraus für die Automobilhersteller und deren Endkunden ergeben. Darüber hinaus gilt es im Rahmen der Arbeit weitere bedeutsame Akteure zu identifizieren, deren Einbindung in den Transformationsprozess essentiell ist, um den Struk-turwandel in der Automobilindustrie national wie international erfolgreich zu gestalten.
