Dekarbonisierung des Gebäudesektors als Teil einer sozial-ökologischen Transformation: Ein Gestaltungsvorschlag

Abstract

Der Gebäudesektor stellt einen Schlüsselsektor für eine erfolgreiche Dekarbonisierung Deutschlands dar und bildet damit eine wesentliche Schnittstelle zur Erreichung der gesamtgesellschaftlichen Klimaziele. Vor diesem Hintergrund versucht dieser Policy Brief, den nötigen Sanierungsbedarf zur Erreichung einer solchen Dekarbonisierung zu bestimmen, die damit verbundenen Kosten zu schätzen und Vorschläge für mögliche Finanzierungsmodelle einer solchen Transformation des Gebäudesektors vorzulegen. Darüber hinaus werden auch die ökonomischen Auswirkungen der untersuchten Transformationsstrategie - wie damit verbundene Wachstums- und Beschäftigungseffekte sowie technologische und organisatorische Innovationspotentiale - diskutiert.
