Der MB-ix und "Gute Arbeit" - Was wir messen können: Wirkungen der Mitbestimmung auf Personalstruktur und Arbeitsbedingungen

Abstract

Der Mitbestimmungsindex "MB-ix" misst die Verankerung der Mitbestimmung in Unternehmen, um diese mit verschiedenen Indikatoren der Unternehmensentwicklung in Beziehung zu setzen. Für die Ausgestaltung von Arbeitsbedingungen offenbart der Report, dass Unternehmen mit einer starken Verankerung der Mitbestimmung gekennzeichnet sind von einer höheren Bedeutung der Personalarbeit im Vorstand, einer verstärkten Aktivität in der berufichen Ausbildung, einer höheren Beschäftigungssicherung und einer höheren Zahl an Frauen in den Vorständen
