Abstract

Auf einen Blick - Über alle Indizes hinweg gibt es erst seit dem Jahr 2010 signifikante Entwicklungen. - Die Arbeitnehmerbank stellt noch die Mehrzahl der Aufsichtsrätinnen. - Weiterhin gibt es 31 Unternehmen in den vier Leitindizes die keine Kontrolleurinnen haben. - Ob das Quotengesetz auch Auswirkungen auf die von ihm nicht erfassten Unternehmen hat, kann noch nicht prognostiziert werden.
