Abstract

Dieses Working Paper zeigt am Praxisbeispiel der Gebr. Heller Maschinenfabrik, wie eine tiefgreifende industrielle Transformation unter Einbindung des Betriebsrats erfolgreich gestaltet werden kann. Auf Basis aktueller Transformationsforschung, des Fraunhofer-Transformationsindex und des Ansatzes der Industrial Transformation Governance wird eine mitbestimmte Transformationsreise rekonstruiert, die Strategie, Organisation, Wertschöpfung und Arbeit gemeinsam neu ausrichtet. Das Paper bietet Einblicke in Governance-Modelle, Beteiligungsformate und Lernprozesse, die Unternehmen dabei unterstützen, Wandel wirksam, beteiligungsorientiert und vorausschauend zu gestalten.
