Abstract

"In September 2010 there are 1.72 million children living in households that receive unemployment benefit II. For the majority of those children, basic requirements in food, clothing and housing are met. However, regarding higher-order consumer goods and participation in social and cultural activities, there are considerable deficits." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
