Abstract

This report is the result of data collection and processing carried out as part of the BIOLOREC research project funded by ADEME. World cafés were organized in two rural municipalities with representatives of the various stakeholders in collective catering in schools. The materials collected were submitted to qualitative and statistical analyses, through the use of the IRaMuTeQ software which made it possible to better understand the dynamics, brakes and facilitators at work in the introduction of products from the organic and/or local agriculture in collective catering services (RC) within the more general framework of reflection on the agri-food transition.
