Abstract

Ainsi il devient de plus en plus nécessaire d'expérimenter de nouvelles démarches d'accompagnement du changement visant à réduire les dysfonctionnement organisationnels engendrés par la succession de réformes. Cette communication propose d'étudier les conditions de mise en place d'une gestion participative du changement. Elle relate le déroulement d'un projet de prévention des RPS déployé sur un mode participatif par le service Stérilisation Pharmacie d'un Centre Hospitalier public de la région Languedoc-Roussillon. Le processus de changement est observé au regard de la sociologie de la traduction (Akrich, Callon, Latour, 2006), cadre théorique permettant une lecture adaptée des processus de changement dans les établissements hospitaliers (Dervaux et al. 2011 ; Denis et al. 2004) et mettant en évidence les raisons du succès où de l'échec d'une innovation. A ce titre, nous exposons dans une première partie les éléments de la littérature qui mettent en évidence le défi particulier que constitue la conduite de changement RH à l'hôpital ; puis nous présentons le cadre théorique de la ST. Dans une deuxième partie, nous présentons la méthodologie de notre recherche. Enfin, dans un troisième temps, nous appliquons la ST à l'analyse du projet de prévention des RPS déployé au sein du service Stérilisation/Pharmacie. Nous concluons en amenant quelques éléments de discussion.
