Abstract

Afin d'avoir accès aux importantes ressources nécessaires à leur développement, les jeunes firmes de biotech nouent des relations avec d'autres organisations. Dans la logique évolutionniste, ces stratégies relationnelles sont contraintes par l'activité de valorisation thérapeutique des résultats de la recherche fondamentale en biologie. Quelle direction prennent ces relations ? Les résultats montrent l'existence d'un sentier de développement de produits qui va d'alliances d'exploration à des alliances d'exploitation du potentiel innovant.
