Abstract

Cette communication propose une réflexion sur les moyens d'améliorer la prise de décision d'une équipe dans un environnement risqué. D'un point de vue cognitif, cette amélioration peut s'obtenir par le fait, pour les membres de l'équipe, de partager leurs modèles mentaux et la conscience de la situation. Pour mettre en place les conditions de ce partage, il existe deux principaux moyens : des formations adaptées, et une architecture informationnelle spécifique. Une fois ces conditions réunies, des actions peuvent être menées pendant le travail de l'équipe. Nous proposons alors d'utiliser les résultats des recherches dans le domaine des communautés de pratiques.
