Abstract

The objective of this communication is to better understand the contours of Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR). This emerging concept is often associated with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) but digital developments and an awareness of political decision-makers are changing this initial approach. The nature of the applicable law must also be discussed: if CSR was based on soft law principles, RNE seems to be based on hard law rules. Finally, it should be noted that the role of the manager is central in this evolution.
