Abstract

L'expression « transformation digitale » ou « transformation numérique » s'est développée dans le langage courant. Employée pour qualifier les transformations des pratiques de travail liées à la généralisation de l'usage des smartphones, des tablettes et de l'univers applicatif et matériel qui leur est associé dans le quotidien des salariés, ce terme recouvre des réalités parfois très différentes. En quoi la transformation digitale se distingue-t-elle de l'informatisation des processus de travail ? Quels sont les enjeux de cette transformation pour les entreprises ? Quels modes de management peut-on mettre en place pour accompagner cette transformation ? Comment cette transformation réinterroge-t-elle l'organisation et les relations au travail ? En s'appuyant à la fois sur un travail d'écoute et d'observation des pratiques de terrain et sur une mise en perspective théorique, cet ouvrage présente les tenants et aboutissants de ces transformations. Pour traiter de ces questions, l'auteur utilise en particulier les travaux menés dans le cadre du Club Digitalisation et Organisation de l'Anvie.
