Abstract

Le Dr. Sea Bez est actuellement chercheuse en post-doctorat à UC Berkeley aux Etats-Unis. Son parcours de docteur, normalienne, agrégée d'économie-gestion et cefagienne, a commencé par le master 101 «Politique Générale et Stratégie des Organisations » de l'université Paris-Dauphine. C'est lors de ce master qu'elle a découvert sa passion pour la recherche et surtout son sujet de recherche : comprendre comment gérer les coopérations inter-entreprises avec un concurrent et plus particulièrement comment partager ses informations stratégiques lorsque toute information partagée peut renforcer son partenaire/concurrent. Sujet de recherche sur lequel elle a défendu une thèse sous la direction de Stéphanie Dameron (Paris Dauphine) et Fréderic Le Roy (Université de Montpellier) et pour lequel elle fut lauréate ou finaliste de nombreux prix (lauréate du meilleur article aux implications managériales lors de l'AIMS 2017, finaliste pour le prix de thèse en stratégie de l'AIMS 2018, lauréate ou finaliste de séminaires doctoraux internationaux). Sea Matilda Bez est l'auteur de deux chapitres de livre : « Coopétition : comment conjuguer protection et partage d'informations ? » (dans Intelligence économique : S'informer, se protéger, influencer de Alice Guilhon et Nicolas Moinet, 2016) et « Le Patient anglais », (dans Coopétition s'allier à ses concurrents pour gagner de Julien Granata et Pierre Marquès, 2014). En plus de ses activités académiques (chapitres de livre, communications internationales, et cours en stratégie/management/intelligence économique), elle intervient régulièrement auprès de professionnels (CIO de la Silicone Valley, le groupe pétrolier Total, les Chambres de commerce et d'industrie et la banque CIC). Une de ses interventions appréciées par les professionnels/MBA s'intitule : « Unlock value with coopetition : the good, the bad and the ugly ». Au sein de la chaire, elle participe aux travaux de l'axe sur la circulation de l'information stratégique, sous la direction de Stéphanie Dameron.
