L’expérience vécue en gare par les voyageurs mobiquitaires : caractéristiques et dimensions

Abstract

Notre travail vise à caractériser l'expérience totale vécue en gare, espace public désenclavé mêlant offres marchandes et non-marchandes, avant le départ du train, lorsque le voyageur connecté utilise son temps pour des activités liées ou non au transport. Une méthode ethnographique constituée d'observations immersives et d'interviews avec des voyageurs permet d'enrichir l'approche de l'espace et du temps comme ressources de l'expérience. L'analyse des données nous aide à caractériser la myriade d'expériences vécues simultanément dans les écosystèmes personnels, professionnels, du voyage et de la consommation avec lesquels le voyageur mobiquitaire interagit. Ceci nous permet finalement de proposer le concept d'expérience perlée
