Abstract

Cet article tente d'analyser la situation et la politique économique de l'Union européenne dans la crise globale. Il se concentre successivement sur deux dimensions du problème européen : le manque de coordination des États membres au de la zone euro, cœur de l'Europe économique, et les carences de la solidarité européenne envers les nouveaux États membres, frappés de plein fouet du fait de leur position périphérique et de leur stratégie de croissance. Pour chacune de ces dimensions de la construction européenne – un centre qui se révèle peu robuste et une périphérie qui se voit négligée – l'étude des aspects économiques et financiers sera privilégiée, mais on évoquera également les questions juridiques et institutionnelles européennes que met en jeu la situation de crise.
