Abstract

La technologie des exploitations du secteur "grandes cultures" est ici caractérisée a l'aide d'une fonction de cout translog généralisée multiproduits. L'absence d'économies de diversification et l'existence d'économies d'échelle spécifiques aux cereales justifient la spécialisation céréalière observée. D'un point de vue plus théorique, l'utilisation d'une spécification stochastique GEM (General Error Model) fournit un gain appréciable de significativité des paramètres et permet d'étendre les relations de dualité a une dimension stochastique.
